It's 3.20am n i juz woke up a few mins ago...was playin red alert 2 before i fell asleep n then woke up to pee...while peeing, i saw a cockroach across me near the toiletries. i freak out. finish up my pee as quick as possible, then slowly slide the door n grab the pesticide at the sink area. Sprayed the cockroach so much until it fell and roam ard the toilet floor like an idiot...a number of spins n turns n it overturns itself. It stop moving so i heave a huge sigh of relief....or i wld have kept spraying. Then, to my horror i saw another cockroach on the tray placed beside the cabinet! eeewwww!!!! i didnt dare spray it coz it was at the kitchen top. i had no choice but to knock on my parents' room n out came my mum sleepily. "Ma, got cockroach in the kitchen." She muz haf thought "damn stupid gal, u woke me up at 3.15am because there's a cockroach in the kitchen?". Well, she manage to 'kill' the cockroach. Finally im at peace. Knowing the two cockroach i saw are dead. I noe there are some other roaming ard somewhere. But knowing there are two cockroaches i saw n didnt kill wont let me sleep in peace. Furthermore my room is beside the kitchen. Aaargh....eeeuuuwww....stupid cockroaches! HATE cockroaches!

I'm tired.

went to substation on fri nite to catch Mentah Iv:sila berhati-hati ruang di platform. the first play, Mat CD, was awesome...was laughin so hard! haha! god that was fun...the 2nd play was quite mendak ar. didnt quite get it but it makes me laugh at some point. anyway thanks illya for suggesting to catch the play. more plays/theatre show to come....to two of my lovely girlfriends, illya n khai, thank u so much for the company and though it was short, i had fun catching up with u gals! shld do this more often ya! love u both...

i had fever for the past 3 days. started monday evening. muz have gotten the bug from my dad who is also sickly now...damn...its been a very long time since i had this kind of fever. tue was a TORUTRE man! my head throbs so bad i cant fall asleep once im awake or even fall asleep...(huh? nvm..) it felt as though someone was drilling my head! for a bonus, both my knees hurt, throbbingly...aiyo! so there i was lying down on a mattress at my granma's with 3 blanket over me, n im still shivering. i couldnt sweat even after taking the medicines. i toss n turn all day long, bearing the pain from the head and my knees, n enduring the urges of puking. for the record, that day was the first time in 5 yrs that i puke. eeww...i hate puking. but it felt good after that! haha! i was literally counting down the time till it was 6 plus. y? my mum will be back from work to give me full body massage..."thx mama for giving me a full body massage and sorry to have woken u up at 4 plus am b4 tt juz coz i badly needed a head massage. thx for taking care of me! =) "

The past few days at work have been pretty annoying and such a pain in the ass.
Before that i'll start on a lighter note.
Sugen's back at shaw tower! haha...thanks for dropping by n ur welcome for that 'caramelchino', as u call it. sorie didnt drop by ur place 2 get a 'shandwhick'. they wanted food from tong seng so ended up havin tt instead. but i still want the italian smthg smthg w lots of olive!

So now for the irritatingly annoying pain in the ass thing.
On thurs evening, i was on the floor alone n was makin a bulk order. i tend to get disoriented at times at this situation as im moving ard so quickly. So here came an ang moh woman in her 40's. i ask her what is she having. but i cld not hear her well as the blender was on. she got annoyed when she has to repeat it. i apologise. Then she said she wanted an English Breakfast tea. My turn to ask what size. "You want it in medium or large?" (while at the same time pointing to the sample cups) she already has this stuck up look. She said, " you have two sizes what do u think..." i replied " we have a smaller as well". She rolled her eyes. Well i nid to get things moving as i still haf six drinks waiting to be made...so i went "so u want the smaller size?" she sigh in frustration n roll her fucking eyes again. oh c'mon! what the fuck do u want woman?! i juz ended up givin her the medium size tea. The thing is she never really answered my qns when i ask what size does she fucking wants! y cant she juz fuckin say medium or large. or the small one! she was so rude! even after all i ask, she never really states what size she agreed to! FUCKIN BITCH! I had to ask so long when all she cld say is "yes i'll haf the tea in the medium size" FUCK FUCK FUCK...she made me so ANGRY! she made me seem like an idoit! FUCKIN BITCH! god! i want to say fuck u to her...god only knows how i felt at that time.

Let me advise u guys out there. When ordering, plz plz juz say the size u want ur drinks in. Even if u r not familiar w starbucks sizes, (tall,grande,venti) juz say small,medium,large...simple as that. its very annoying when someone juz comes up to u n say i want mocha frap n latte. am i suppose to read ur mind? this saves time in me askin u wat size. when its not about size, its about the choice of drink. if u want ice latte, dont say it latte coz we assume its the hot one. then wen we serve out the drink u go " no, no i wanted the ice one, not HOT....!" FUCK la! am i suppose to also know whether u want it hot or iced?! i noe u guys wont noe everything but there's menu board for goodness sake...
so here it goes...in our lingo...

do check the store name b4 u enter any store. n dont go on ordering that smthg 'sunshine' drink. thats coffee bean darling. we dont haf all the same drinks that they haf. =) u only make urself look like fool. trust me.

yesterday evening n night, annoyance comes one after another.
we are a cafe. we are not macdonalds where u juz press a button n the drink will flow into the cup. dont go "can u make it QUICK." if there's no line or pple b4 u dats FINE. but not when there's 3 to 5 pple b4 u. i haf to serve them first. u r not the prime minister or president that i haf to serve ur drink immediately. the pple who always HURRY us up are always indians. ya i look racist here but thats the fact. there's no flame without the fire.
this man ordered 2 sandwhich, a quiche n ice coffee. the sandwhich had to be toasted first. then i had to serve other customers as well. then he goes "hurry up. im in a hurry". i noe he n his wife r gona watch a hindi movie. c'mon la! u r in a hurry n u ordered a sandwhich n still wana haf it here instead of take away. if u r in a hurry dont order! we are not, again, macdonalds or a fast food joint! first come first serve! its good enough that i rush out to send u the drink when u can get it urself n then u demand "i want milk in my coffee!" fuck u la! so i had to run back to the bar n back 2 u.he was extremely rude...i gave him an angry expression when handing out his drink. i dont care anymore. we are taught to always 'say YES policy'...but there's a line...customers expect good service ALL the time. we deliver that. but u as a customer at the same time, have to be cooperative urself. u r unreasonable,impatient n uncooperative. havin work in an f&b outlet make me a better customer coz i noe how it feels like to be in their shoes. that incident makes me soooo MAD i started cursing around the store after that...think my blood pressure have gone up.

one more incident happen during closing time. u dont juz get it do u...when one of the shutters are down, tables n chairs brought in n lights r dim, means we r closed. then this group of indians came in.
i said;
"sorry. we r closed."
"but i juz want coffee."
"we r close already. the bar is close. we have close our transaction."
u guys cant take no for an answer right. they keep pestering me n my colleague. this is very annoying as i need to do my closing, clean up the area n stuffs. they r slowing me down. they ask how about tea. to end this i ask my manager abt it n she juz say juz give them lar. so we offered the tea since we juz nid to put in tea sachet n hot water. 3 earl grey, 1 english breakfast n 1 zen tea. that's not all " we want milk in them" " n sugar..." OH.MY.GOD. u demand to haf it ur way. we gave in. u still want us to put in the milk n sugar for u. there's a freakin condiment bar full of sugars! do it urself lar! me n my colleague swallow in our anger n do it for them. IRRITANT. unappreciative. we went the extra mile n not even an apology for being insistent n disrupting our task. im not sayin all indians are like that. but mostly there r the ones who ticks out time bomb and r difficult customers.sorry to say.
i had to be very open about this as i was really mad. i need to vent my anger somewhere right. this isnt a discrimination nor any racist targets. truth are truth. of coz there are other races who are difficult to handle. im not even initiating that my race is good. malays are always inferior to others. sad so say. but true. im not even going there. or this entry will be very controversial.

wat hurts? my right JAW! y? coz my right ear got infected less than 5 hrs ago...the nerve kinda connected to the jaw hence the jaw also kena la. its like numb, throbing pain..imagine ala SAW 3 ur jaw kena compressed together. like dat lar! its gettin worst by the minute. the bad news? no FUCKIN PAIN KILLERS AT HOME! aargghh?!!???!!

n my knees hurt as well. standing a lot at work.spiderman 3 so more customers. got slammed. short on staff. in fact i had to extend to closing(till 11pm) wen im spose to knock off at 7pm. 10 hrs of labour! wats ironic, its on LABOUR DAY! we service line pple dont enjoy dat perks lar! unfair.....but im not too bothered w extending my stay as i had to help out. cant leave them in the lurch n bare the actions of unpatient customers. irritating customers. we r all tight up w somethg then some idoits come to u askin for this la that la...cannot wait issit! no eyes ar! blind ar! then some "r my drinks ready? hurry up plz...the movie starting..." EXCUSE ME! cant u see i have like 5 n counting, drinks to do.this isnt some vending machine or mcdonalds okay?! i juz wanna curse them n gave them the finger. but i had to keep all that in. n put on a front. aarrghh! customers are annoying esp ...............but some customers i enjoy serving coz they treat u like humans n r understanding. bless them...

i got nothing better to do so here i am blabbering away at 2.46am. juz came back from work. nothing particularyly interesting at work except that there's this display beside my workplace that has YODA & a ROCKING HORSE! its like wtf la! hilarious! "yoda i am".......anyhow here i am watching that 70's show (i totally lurve this show.funny bunch of guys esp fez & kelso) & eating choc eclair...hehe...im boring u oreadi huh...im working at 12pm tmr & i cant seem to sleep...this sucks! but one thing for sure..............................
